- Tube: 45°inclined, not rotatable, with dioptric compensation on one tube +/- 5 dioptres. Third tube for phote and video recording

- Objectives: DIN achromatic 4x, 10x, 40x (spring loaded). Positive click stops provided with ribbed grips for easy rotation mounted on a precision ball bearing mechanism for smooth and accurate alignment
- Focussing: coaxial ball bearing guideways coarse and fine focussing knobs on both sides
- Stage: rotable and round object table with scale. Approx. Ø: 125 mm with fine vernier gradiations. Provided with stage clamps for holding the specimen.
- Sub-stage condenser: Abbe condenser N.A. 1.25 in centrable holder, adjustable in height through rack and pinion. The condenser has a filter holder, removable blue filter and built-in iris diaphragm
- Illumination: built-in, adjustable halogen illumination 6 V/20 W
